I was able to speak to a representative and file my claim with them verbally. I totally forgot that I had the maintenance agreement and it is one time that I’m glad I did. I will never buy anything without a protection plan. They’re inexpensive and well worth it.

Had an iPod Shuffle, purchased used, that, despite multiple efforts to troubleshoot, wouldn’t hold a charge. I’d purchased Square Trade coverage so called (yes, to a live person!) and James walked me thru the process. I had the option to get the iPod replaced (good luck with that!), return it for a full refund of keep it and get about 90% back. I feel confident that should I have a problem with the repair, it will be handled in a professional and expedient manner.
