From the time I reported that my ice maker is no longer working I was issued a label to ship the item to the service center they determine within one day that it was not fixable and was going to be issuing with check which I received today. The turnaround time from start to finish was 2 weeks. I didn't used to buy extended warranties for anything I bought at a store but, from now on I definitely will. I have four other items with all state from purchases in the last 2 years and will continue to buy those warranties from here... read more
