My phone was losing the favorites after charging at times. Square trade was hard to get in touch with long wait's to talk to. But after talking to them they delivered a excellent product in a timely fashion. The phone was a Samsung product a much higher quality product.

Dropped my phone and the screen wouldn't come on. Actually called Consumer Cellular first. They gave me my Warranty ID #. If you have Consumer Cellular don't try doing the claim on line. I tried that and it didn't work. Called Square Trade and told them the details. They were very helpful and took all the information and started my claim. I got the new phone in two or three business days along with a preaddressed postage paid envelope to return the broken phone. It even had the tracking number on the envelope.
