We returned the tablet in the box it came in as per instructions.. It was returned in bubble wrap minus the box.
We had an iPod with a broken screen and it wouldn’t come on any longer. It was easy to submit a claim, and they honored their time commitment for repair every step of the way.

I received a email saying my printer was fixed and on the way then I get another email saying it could not be fixed,when it arrived it says refurbished so go figure. The whole process from ship off to updates to delivery was handled in a timely manner.
