We purchased an office chair at Staples, along with a 3 year warranty, and experienced problems with the chair upholstery failure, along with the height adjustment lever not functioning as designed. The lady was very understanding, efficient handling the problem, and resolution by a reimbursement payment within 7 days. We are very happy with their performance. Good Company to do business with.

I had to use my protection plan with Squate Trade. I filed my claim and returned my product with mailing label that they provided. Claim was approved. Square Trade gave me the option on how I was going to be paid. I choose a check. It was easy. Thanl you Square Trade.

I spoke with a tech who ran a couple of tests. I was to email pictures of tv to them. The same day they received the pictures, I was told I was getting a new TV. That is great service. Tech was very helpful and friendly.
