This was by far the best warranty experience I’ve ever had. Once I placed a claim, the SquareTrade team immediately began working with me to find resolution. After a quick discussion with the Television specialist, I was asked to take a few pictures of the issue and submit. It was extremely easy from the time I contacted Square Trade, to the time I got my tablet repaired and returned to me. Best service!
All the techs were great. Patient and kind to an old lady who is not tech savvy.

My boyfriend breaks phones very easily so we pay the extra $10 every time now for the 2 year coverage, and it’s amazing!! Super quick and easy. About an hour after i dropped the broken phone off at fedex, I received the e-gift card and was able to get a new phone right away!! Highly recommended!
