I was surprised how quickly the claim was settled and I got exactly what my policy said I entitled to get if there was a claim.
It's so frustrating not having transportation, but they (Squaretrade) came up with a soluton and got my computer vaxk as fast as they could. Thank you Allstate for having them as part of your team.
