I’ve had the computer only 4 short months. Was hoping to just get a replacement really but that wasn’t the plan. I didn’t get “jerked” around they stayed in contact thru emails and my return was sent to me via mail exactly when they emailed me that it would. I was thankful that the process of “making me whole” was short and sweet. Thankful that I got the insurance.

We actually had 3 separate claims on the same phone over 2 years (and 2 of them within 1 week believe it or not) and it just got easier with each claim. Was a little bit of work setting up my account for the 1st claim but the last 2 were simple and we had a great guy doing the repair thankfully.
Our customer care chat people were helpful. This is just taking longer than we anticipated. Did I miss an email about the laptop being repaired and shipped? Is there any way to find out when that might happen?
Wear and tear on a gaming chair. Had insurance on it so I filed a claim. They gave me the option to bring it somewhere to be returned or send a check for the amount of the chair. Received it in mail about 3 days later.
My case solved very quickly and I am very pleased with the service. Totally worth it for what I paid for.
Called about a Sony Camera covered under a policy. They claim was easy to file. The camera is at the repair, hopfully all will be fine in the end.
