I purchased a TV a while back and it quit on me. I found my receipt for the purchase and went through the steps to use the extended warranty that I purchased with the TV, After a few short steps to resolve the problem with the TV I was instructed to select a NEW TV as my replacement.
After contacting allstate, everything went very smoothly. No problems! Really impressed with the service.
Insurance works as described.
It took some time but overall solid work for repair.
Took good care of us. Knowlegeable snd pleasant.

Easy to arrange repait with a good shop nearaby.
They sent a shipping label. Fixed it within 2 days and then shipped it back. The side button was stuck. They replaced the entire bottom and the button works like new again.
