I was very satisfied with the response when my product failed. The insurance coverage refunded my purchase price so now I can find a suitable replacement. It helps if you have your original receipt because they need to see that. Did you know that ebay keeps a record of all your purchases, and you can print a receipt of any purchase when you need it.
