I bought a security camera from Walmart, the camera would not work with my Wi-Fi I followed the instructions for return and it was very easy to get a reimbursement, I did not need to speak to anyone. I took my refund in the form of an electronic gift card, I don't recommend that because the card was in an email that I think I accidently deleted, and I don't see a way to recover it!
My claim was handled in a timely manner. Thank you!

Filing and payment fairly easy. Only problem was finding repair company for Danby dishwasher.
Took a while to figure out who to contact, the seller, the manufacturer, or the coverage provider. For me, it was a challenge to take a video on my phone that was small enough and then upload to the email on my PC. Took a lot of attempts, but ultimately was successful. Replacement TV options were good...only 1 was Roku (which is what I had) and ultimately selected. Arrived within 2 days of selecting. EASTER SUNDAY! Thanks!

Could not be fixed sent me a check for what I paid for it bought a new one.
