Due to strong language accents it was difficult to understand clerks and initiate claim. Once management became involved my claim proceeded much easier. Took 12 days to settle claim.
I called up regarding my screen on the cell phone wouldn't come on and the customer service representative suggested various things that I could do to solve the problem but to no avail. The CR walked me through the process of returning the old phone and awaiting a replacement phone. The best part of the experience was receiving the replacement phone within 2 days incredible!
