Was able to receive a check for the value of my product with no hassle.
I dropped my son’s computer off in a Friday 2 weeks before Christmas to repair a broken hinge. It shipped from CA TO IL, was repaired and shipped back to me the following Thursday MORNING. Around Christmas time?? Simply unreal. I can’t say enough good things about the customer service and zero hassle resolution of my issue. Fantastic service!!!
