Broken phone- received refund - got new phone
I filed my claim and it was easy to do. Allstate gave me an option and I explained , why I didn’t like that and they offered another . They were.very speedy
Fast, efficient and very helpful.
I had some scratches on my lenses and took them where I had purchased my glasses and they looked at them and confirmed that they were scratched. So I filled out a claim and in less than a week they had reimbursement me. I am very pleased with the quick response.

First time using Allstate protection plan. This service was through my home warranty insurance. I had a tablet that malfunctioned and I was unable to use. At first I was not sure what to expect but after I was pleasantly surprised! From beginning to end of my claim, there was great communication, great service and my tablet was repaired to original state. Highly recommend. Thank you!!
My glasses developed a haze on them. I could not see clearly through them. I took them back to Sam’s Club where they were purchased. Less than 24 hours later, I received a call from Allstate. The customer service rep was most courteous and helpful in taking my information. A check was mailed to me and my glasses were replaced in less than 3 weeks.
I was supposed to get a rebate for an item and I still haven't seen any email with the money back
