Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful on the phone. The ease of warranty service was awesome as well. My issue, is I received my laptop back and working condition which is amazing! There is physical damage to the corner of my laptop that was not there prior to me sending it off.While I’m excited to have a working laptop again, getting it back with physical damage that wasn’t there is disheartening.

Bought an "Open Box" phone from eBay. Turns out later that it was a Reman, not new, open box. Started having charging issues and Allstate took care of it by refunding the purchase price!

At first I had a little trouble locating the proper way to get a report opened. Once that issue was resolved I was quickly given the OK to find a repair shop in my area & the issue has been fixed.
From the day I started the claim in less than a week all the problem got solved very fast and without any issue
