My glasses started to delaminate and I sent a copy of my receipt too Allstate because the lens was not fixable, Allstate replaced the glasses in full with a Sam’s Club gift card within 3 hours I had my card. I ordered my new glasses the next day! I highly recommend purchasing the insurance it saved me $386.00 just saying. I put the insurance on my new glasses!

Had a problem with an item covered and went to the website to answer some questions about the trouble. Allstate reimbursed the purchase price of the item I was able to use to buy a replacement.
I had to send my Fitbit in for servicing under the service contract. I sent it in on a Monday. They received it on Tuesday. It was repaired and reshipped to me. The following day. Seems to be working great. Very pleased!
I loved everything about the protection plan (fast service, I didn't have to keep bugging them, they reached out to me, communication was amazing) except for one thing. After I called to report my treadmill breaking, everything was on me. I had to find a repair person. I had to schedule it. I had to get rid of the broken treadmill. I had to set up the new treadmill.
