All of the associates were very helpful and getting my claim solved the only issue I had with the television that I received was $600 less than the original television I was only given one choice to choose from. I had the original television just a little over a year

Here I had bad luck when I accidently broke my cell phone. Call them and it got settled fast. I would highly recomend them.

Very easy process to file a claim. I still can't believe I'm getting a newer OLED model, AND don't have to send back my old model! Awesome customer service!

Several options available. I chose to send broken device for a like-new device. The shipping was quick and return of broken device was easy. I would use square trade again.
