We got our tv early then we thought
Our 3+ year old Samsung Smart TV was losing the color across the top and around the edges I called Square Trade Customer Service with my warranty number and spoke with a representative. Later that day the emailed that my claim was approved. In a couple of days I received a carton and prepaid FedEx label and shipped the TV to Square Trade. The TV was returned about a week later and is as good as new. Not bad for a $49.00 investment
