This was a fast, efficient process to get our money back on item that failed to work. I will be recommending them to family and friends. Definitely will be using in the future.
We had purchased a hot water pot, and after 6 months, it suddenly quit. Thankfully, I remembered I had purchased a SquareTrade extended warranty, so contacted them. They were able to quickly tell me that the pot should still be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, so within 2 days, we had a brand new replacement pot! Plus, the SquareTrade extended warranty will apply to the new pot!
First time I have dealt with SquareTrade but I have several warranties thru them, all I can say is that I am very pleased with their quick evaluation and response! I found their web site a little confusing and not as complete as it should have been, however once I had navigated to the reporting process, it went smooth and quickly. I feel they dealt with me fairly and without any hassle, my warranty purchase was money well spent. Anytime SquareTrade is offered in the future I will seriously give it consideration.
I am very happy with the services, they resolved my problem very easy and fast, in fact I received my reimbursement very soon, faster than they said. Thank you so much.

In the end, they really took care of me. But to get to that point was a hassle. When I first logged onto the site, I was told I had two options: replace, or repair at a local shop.
