Toro company managed to build last year such a terrible product-Leave blower/Vacuum,!!!! Similar model from 6 years ago!!!-lasted for 6 years perfectly well. Lat one lasted only one summer and dropped dead. In addition to the miserable bag, that let all the dust to escape into my face. Thanks to my initial inner voice, I bought extended warranty with Square Trade for small price. They covered my poor purchase beautifully and in timely manner. Customer service was amazing. We have purchased SquareTrade warranties many times, but this was the first that we needed to use it. We are very happy with the service we received! It was so quick and painless. We will definitely continue to use SquareTrade!
Had to speak with reps a couple times to overcome online app deficiencies. Online app ended twice with dark screen and “Application Error.......” message that left me wondering if anything was accomplished. Only complaint in process that was otherwise more than adequate and ended with a satisfactory result.
Called about failing appliance and issue was resolved in 1 conversation. Very impressive!
This is the second time i have had to use squaretrade for a warranty. Both times they were super friendly and very fast. They have replaced 2 of my tvs with zero hassle. I will always use them in the future. If offered to you do not hessitate to pay the extra money. Best decision i have ever made.
