"We had bought a tv at a local store. It had been working fine until Christmas Day. All of a sudden with no warning it went dark. We called Square Trade and the sent the technicians to fix it. They were on time, fixed it quickly and free of charge. I am so happy we bought the added protection. It would have put me out over $1000 to have to replace it. Thank you!"
"I never buy extended warranties, but 2 years ago I did on my new TV. I thought it might be wise for a purchase of over $700.00. I was right. Ten days ago the TV died. The board that needed to be replaced was out of stock everywhere. Within an hour after the tech called Square Trade I received an email. They provided 2 choices for a new replacement TV. Unfortunately, one of the parts was damaged, so SquareTrade sent an email while the tech was here and said they would replace my TV.
