Great experience, excellent customer service.
Using an E-reader all the time, I don't have to worry about dropping or having electronic problems. I've used Square Trade before. The website is easy to use and reply's are quick. My problem was resolved fairly and quickly
SquareTrade couldn't help me with my particular issue - a preexisting condition on a motorcycle engine - but offered a refund since my policy wasn't useful for me. Process was super quick, service was extremely friendly and understanding, so happy to use SquareTrade again in the future.
The claim process was fairly easy. We got the phone sooner than expected. Setup was a little difficult as it was an older phone and needed software updates that would not happen automatically. Got help from Apple support and everything worked out OK
