I had to use my protection plan with Squate Trade. I filed my claim and returned my product with mailing label that they provided. Claim was approved. Square Trade gave me the option on how I was going to be paid. I choose a check. It was easy. Thanl you Square Trade.

I spoke with a tech who ran a couple of tests. I was to email pictures of tv to them. The same day they received the pictures, I was told I was getting a new TV. That is great service. Tech was very helpful and friendly.
We were treated very well by everyone we talked to and our claim was handled and taken care of very quickly.
Had problem with lawnmower after 3 years. With no issues at all they gave me all my money back.
