I was treated with total courtesy . The rep was well versed in what to do and resolved my issues quickly. As a matter of fact my phone was fully repaired the same day. Excellent service.

I am unable to set up the replacement phone sent to me because I am hard of hearing. My son talked with your representative 55 minutes on a Sunday evening but was never able to complete the texting program and we did not get my contacts changed over or my photos changed over from my old phone. My son has not been able to return although he plans to finish the setup process but in the meantime the old phone contacts and photos have been turned off from the old phone. We are a school district with many laptop extended warranties. Squaretrade's support has always been excellent and problems have always been resolved.

Our TV stopped working 17 days before the warranty expired. One short phone call and a few questions and it was resolved. Too expensive to fix the TV so I received a check for full price of the 4 year old TV. Check came in within 7 days of phone call. Great customer service.
