Needed out phone repaired. Deemed unrepairable. They got us a new phone. Definitely keeping our insurance plan with them!
From my initial phone call until I received my computer back, the service was "perfect". There is absolutely no way it could have been handled better. They stayed in touch with me via email at each stage from the shipping to repair, to shipping it back.
Got the mailer quickly and the computer was repaired wuickly
