Had one of the best return/replacement experience using SquareTrade. Everything from completing the return paperwork, chatting with the CS rep, mailing the product and receiving my new product was made hassle free and done in a timely manner. I would totally suggest getting SquareTrade to protect any product you purchase when available.

The warranty service was excellent and the repairman was knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. The only concern I have is that the parts replaced were not new. They were reconditioned parts. Just hope they last as long as new ones.
I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Everything was done professionally and efficiently. It just can't get any better!
Solved my problem quick and easy
3 weeks after my son received his new laptop in college, a friend cracked the screen. Squaretrade helped me file the claim and sent me everything i needed to send in the laptop for service. The customer service was great and the agent on the phone was helpful and professional
radio scanner intermittently failing ... warranty expired ... wait, didn't i get a SquareTrade multi-year deal? ... yes! ... think it'll work? ... no these things are probably a scam, but let's try....hmmm, need to upload a receipt...wait, don't they get the receipt when I make the purchase and buy their coverage? where's that receipt.... okay got it, uploaded, now mail in the device, prob have to wait a year for it to come back, bet they're gonna say it can't be fixed and then offer me only ten bucks as a consolation prize.... read more
