I had a screen issue that needed a screen replacement but the SquareTrade representative first tried to 'resolve' the claim by telling me she'd send me an email with the solution (a factory reset). She didn't ask if I had already done so, which would have wasted my time and theirs as I would have had to re-open the claim after seeing the solution which had already been tried. I was able to get the screen replaced as needed. I am satisfied with the service, but I would caution you not to let them dismiss legitimate issues.
TV picture went out, we called SquareTrade and everything happened exactly like they said it would. Parts were delivered within 2 business days and the repairman showed up on time the day we chose for our appointment, put it all together and we were back in service within an hour of him coming.
