Reported broken screen. Had the option to send it in or go to a local authorized facility. The person I talked to didn't know the area at all, and suggested Minneapolis servicers, which isn't handy for me. I asked him to find somewhere near St. Paul, and he finally gave me a Batteries + in West St. Paul. I went there and got good service, but I'm still wondering if the Batteries + in Maplewood could have provided the service. That's the only complaint I have. I was able to get the claim filed and the unit shipped off, fixed and returned in about 2 weeks. Glad I bought the warranty on my laptop! Didn't think I'd need it so soon, but happy to have spent the little bit extra for that peace of mind.
I had a mishap that SquareTrade took care of immediately. When it happened again they helped me just as promptly. Well worth the price.
