I purchased a Vizio 60 Inch TV about 2 years ago from Sam's Club. The TV screen became very dark and I called Square Trade to let them know it was failing. They were very courteous and efficient during the whole process as they determined that the set was beyond repair and that we would be receiving a new one to replace the Vizio, under the extended warranty we purchased with the TV. No questions asked about the broken phone it was automatically replaced in a very timely manner. Service was excellent.
