I had to return my item back due to a part breaking off. The item was still under manufacturer warranty. I contacted the manufacturer and they quickly replaced it!

MY EXPERIENCE WITH SQUARE TRADE WAS EXCEPTIONAL. I FOLLOWED THE PROTOCOL AND TRIED TO WORK WITH THE MANUFACTURER SINCE IT WAS STILL UNDER MANUFACTURES WARRANTY. AFTER THAT FAILED HORRIBLY, I CALLED SQUARE TRADE AND THEY UNDERSTOOD MY FRUSTRATION AND MADE THE PROCESS VERY EASY GOING FORWARD. THE REPRESENTATIVES WERE VERY INFORMATIVE AND NICE. THEY FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH WHAT THEY PROMISED. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
Square trade did a great job in covering the tv with their warranty. Replacing tv when it was determined that it was not repairable.
I was so pleased that when my printer quit working, and I explained what was happening to Square Trade, they responded within two hours with an offer to return the printer for repair or a cash settlement. I chose the very fair cash offer, and received my check in less than a week. Great service - I’d recommend Square Trade any time!
