"My smart tv was deemed un-repairable. The first tv I was offered was a bottom of the line tv I could buy for $670 new. My warrantied tv cost $1950. I had to call them and request a better tv. The next one was closer and I accepted the used tv. The picture isn't as nice, but it's ok. I also had my original warranty document that said I would get 100% of my money back if un-repairable.
