I Could Not Have Asked For Any Better Service......
The rep had me reset the TV with a button on the bottom of the set and so far it seems to be fine and not blacking out anymore.
they are excellent as far as sony I will never purchase another one of their products again I am still waiting for the box to return the ps4

"I had a problem with my tv and contacted the office. They were extremely helpful and had the correct answers for all my questions. The technician was early and introduced himself with a handshake. He went to work immediately and called the office explaining what the problem was. By the way the parts that were ordered arrived immediately. I was advised as to when I would be contacted.
