My initial contact was online. That was a mistake. My second contact via phone was miscommunication. I had to call Consumer Cellular a second time. I think the first problem occurred when I could not go back and alter my online info. Once Consumer Cellular got involved Square Trade was contacted again. Everything from there went perfectly! My picture when to H- - -. I called to schedule an appointment with a tech to come out at fix it. The person I spoke with on the phone said that maybe we could fix it "Right Now" So she led me through a series of things and it was fixed in 20 - 25 minutes! And she didn't have to ask for a minute to look ANYTHING up!!! Great service.
This was the easiest insurance handling I've ever had. My replacement phone was shipped very quickly. The were no questions about replacement. I had Square Trade and they handled it. No hassling, just great service.

I think i had a 5 year extended warranty. Technician walked me through some steps on the phone to try to restore the set. When that didn't work, they promptly replaced the unit.
The reps were excellent in every area.
It works, but venmo has a much better user interface. Nothing wrong with it, just not great.
I really missed my FitBit and had to forward the dead Fitbit and charging back to SquareTrade....the wait was hard because I missed having the Fitbit to use and hoped to receive another product asap. I was more surprised that I received a check so I could go out and purchase another product. Because I had received the initial product on sale, I now had a check to use and there are now no deals so I had to spend additional funds for a new product. It was a hassle but I was happy to have had a warranty. Thank you!
