SquareTrade was great they were even there to help us on Christmas Eve and Christmas day I couldn't believe it! The guy who helped me on the phone was very nice and cared about helping us get our TV fixed. The claim process was very easy too! SquareTrade ordered the parts that were needed to fix our TV and set us up with a nice technician who came out to install them.
