I was pleased with the outcome of a 2-year old tablet claim. They were very professional, and treated me fairly. I have a number of policies with them and am glad I do.
I bought a Computer Chair from an office supply chain. The sales Clerk asked me if I wanted the extra 3 year damage coverage from Square Trade. I'm not one to buy this extra coverage as a rule, but I'm very glad I did. The chair was breaking down. I filled out the claim form on the SquareTrade web site, got an answer the next day that my claim was being reviewed. I could not me happier than I am from the entire SquareTrade experience. Costco Concierege reminded me that I was under warranty, then SquareTrade confirmed and immediately shipped the replacement parts which arrived the very next morning. The excellent technician arrived shortly after lunch and fixed everything quickly. My wife is particularly happy because it prevented me from purchasing an even BIGGER TV

They were very prompt at resolving the issue but not being able to buy an extended warranty does not seem like a fair resolution after the last failure.
My son accidentally dropped his tablet and it broke. The staff was very friendly and worked fast to resolve the issue by providing a refund.
When our television went out we contacted SquareTrade and they had us perform a few repair functions and when they did not work they requested some information on our television and our purchase date and location of purchase. Once provided we received an e-mail from SquareTrade indicating that in lieu of repairing our television they were going to replace it with a like model from the same manufacturer.
