Ice maker went out just a few months shy of my 3 year policy. Called them, they had me go through a few steps which failed, then they sent me a check for the full amount that Ibpaid nearly 3 years ago. Great service!
Initially I was frustrated with Square Trade, as I was asked to perform restorative steps contrary to what I had communicated in my claim. Once I spoke directly to a representative, the process went quickly, efficiently and my device was fully reimbursed due to being unable to be repaired. I am perfectly satisfied. I am very glad to have had the coverage, on a brand new product that failed repeatedly and ultimately died within a year of purchase. Square Trade saved the day and covered the product the way they should.
Square trade was great ,They informed me the phone was covered by the manufacture for a year first .Trac fone did not want to do anything until Square trade informed them it was them to replace phone .Had to call Hsn to get on them So now waiting to receive new one .Thanks .Now when I receive the new phone will it be covered by Square trade with the waranty I purchased Or how does it work. We received 75% of our money back for a baby monitor that would no longer charge. They didn’t even need the product back, so I didn’t have to hassle with a return. My only negative during the experience was not having a clear way to get a receipt from the target online purchase to SquareTrade, I had to take several screen shots on my phone to get all the info they requested, so it was a little messy. But they accepted no problem, so it was only a small annoyance in the end.
I smashed the front of my phone and logged into square trade - initiated my repair. It was simple and easy. Went the next day to Batteries Plus and had the screen replaced. It was painless!
Excellent not a problem at all
I bought 4 year insurance on a camera I bought from Amazon. It was accidentally dropped by me from a seated position onto a carpeted floor. At that point the pictures started coming out black. I filed a claim immediately. They were very responsive, accepted my claim and refunded my money. Within 3 days we received our replacement camera. Can’t ask for better response and service than that!!
My claim was approved quickly and my replacement phone arrived in 2 days. Very pleased with the overall experience.
