The parts were sent overnight and they arranged a Tech to come to our home and fix our T.V. in a couple days. The Tech was friendly and professional . He fixed our problem and the T.V. works great. He walked me through a few steps to review the issue. He then arranged for the necessary pars to be sent to my home and for a technician to complete the repair.
