Thanks for the great service. We had a chrome book with a cracked screen. I called Square Trade customer service and received excellent and expert help and an immediate e-mailed shipping label. Sent the chrome book via FedEx for repair, and it was repaired and back home within a week! Received notifications during the week about the progress of the claim/repair completion. My printer had started making a loud grinding noise when moving paper and then noticed sometimes the print was skewed on the page and blurry in places. No problem and no need to return printer for repairs according to the agent who then said “we’all just mail you a check for a new printer”! Wow, glad I got the Square Trade warranty when I bought the printer at Staples. Got the check in yesterday’s mail and going printer shopping later today.
Great service and reliable
Was skeptical about purchasing this warranty but extremely happy I did . Chromebook broken within the first two and half weeks of purchasing it. Repair was completed in days and returned to me quickly. Excited that I was able to get it fixed so fast . Claim only took a few days from filing to receiving item back
I happened to call on the day the warranty expired. They had tech walk me though some fixes and extended my warranty a week to make sure it was ok

Bought this Brother copier. Worked fine for a while and then it absolutely would not, could not find our wireless. No on line directions could persuade it to function.
