I'm not one to ever purchase an extended warranty or protection plan, but thought maybe it would be a good idea on a laptop. As it happens, laptop fell off my lap and shattered the screen and plastic casing around the screen. Square Trade was easy to deal with, they mailed me a shipping container immediately and diagnosed as well as repaired the laptop QUICKLY. I had my laptop back in three business days! Works awesome, replacement screen looks fantastic!!!
After completing the claim online I was told to finish my claim by calling a Square Trade customer service representative. The customer service representative was very courteous, polite and helpful with my issue. I was very happy with the way my claim was handled.
Service was outstanding, coverage plan was delivered with no hassle.
Was surprised and disappointed that my Epson printer went bad so soon. This was a replacement for a previous Epson printer that went bad. Your warranty service however was excellent and I received my check shortly after sending in my claim. Thanks for your outstanding service.

I couldn't believe how quickly I was refunded for my shredder! I bought another one and took out another Square Trader warranty on it!
Had to drive out of the way but it was worth it, CPR was customer focused and handled everything very efficiently.
