I had an issue with a claim and the chat with an employee cleared the situation right up. They would not replace the headband on some headphones from some wear and tear, but they did replace the ear cushions.

all the people that i had a conversation with were very professional and took care of my computer needs promptly. they were able to trace the computer while it was in transit. the computer arrived well insulated and never occurred any marks from the long distance transit. thank you for the support, i appreciated your courtesy and efficient manner.

I had a need to replace my cell phone due to water damage. Called Square Trade and spoke with a Representative, he gave me directions on how to file my claim, took care of me at that minute. I had my replacement phone in no time. The rep was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I will share this positive experience with my family and friends. Great Job Square Trade.
