"Before purchasing the SquareTrade warranty for my last purchase, I went online to research this company. Based on the reviews I read, I was impressed and purchased a two-year warranty for a printer. The printer died under two years so I called SquareTrade after futile efforts to make contact with HP to troubleshoot the problem. The individuals, with whom I spoke, were very professional and to their credit, made the process effortless and fast. He mistakenly thought it was a windows issue so I went on a wild goose chase for 4 days as a result working with tech reps from microsoft, geek squad, dell and then back to Square Trade who was supposed to cover the hardware issue in the first place. "I dropped my phone and thought I cracked it. My voice was garbled and same for other callers. I later found out after payingVorizon to have all personal info transferred onto the new phone the old one wasn't cracked, the gorilla glass was! I asked Sq. Trade if I could get my $50 refunded and they said no, unless I returned the new one. I would have to pay Vorizon again to transfer all my info back. Sq.
