It was great no problems at all
Reported a broken shredder on the Square Trade website. Received reply emails along the way, and with 48 hours, was notified that we'd be receiving a check within 5 days. We received the check for an amortized amount based on the age of the shredder. Very happy with how Square Trade works and how they followed up on this matter.
We had an issue with our TV and contacted SquareTrade immediately. Working with the representatives from the company, we were able to determine the issue could not be repaired, so the TV was replaced with a new one of the same value. I will always consider SquareTrade extended coverage whenever it is offered.
I can't believe how fast the repair for my Lumix camera went. This is a better service than anything. It is the first time I had to use SquareTrade.

After several emails square trade techs provided trial remedies and diagnostics then determined repair of TV. Due to my location compensation for product was best solution. Excellent warranty company. I will always protect my productz thru square trade.
Spoke to the people at Square Trade after the manufacturer of the printer had told me they would not honor the 1 year warranty on the product, which was still in effect. I even offered to fax the sales slip for the purchase, which I had in a file. They told me I had made the purchase months earlier which was not the case. I purchase a product w/warranty. I did have problems with the product and thankfully the Square Trade Warranty Program was spot on in delivering superior customer support. After several attempts to repair the product purchased, Square Trade issued a full refund of the cost of the item. I recommend Square Trade Warranty and I will definitely use them in the future.
