Could not do what I needed but were still very helpful and curteous.
I purchased a rolling cart and the insurance. When the handle on it no longer worked I reached out to square trade. The people were friendly and kind.
My vacuum issue was a manufacture issue, however SquareTrade assisted me in the right direction to get my new vacuum.
