"In my long experience, dealing with resolutions of warranties is fraught with reasons to be cynical. However, this experience with SquareTrade was a refreshing change. The technician was excellent and followed through quickly with the company such that the resolution of my claim for a Visio TV with serious color transmission problems came to a positive conclusion.
