Hi there, I have had a couple of claims with Square Trade, and each time was a wonderful experience. Customer Service is great and Friendly. All I had to do is get my item repaired, paid the bill, sent the Bill as an attachment. And received a reply the next day, stating I would be receiving a check within 5 business day's. I received my check in 4 business day's. I would not buy a big ticket item, with out also purchasing a Square Trade Agreement. Very fair prices for the length of time you would want coverage. Portable ac unit broke refund was received in a week.
Problem with my Vizio TV. It was going off by itself after a few seconds being on. The tech at Squaretrade led me through a very complicated set of procedures that got the TV working again. I thought I would need a new one but they got it going. They knew exactly what I needed to do to get it going again. Very happy.
I had to talk to a customer service person to complete the warranty info for fixing my Chromebook. I had some difficulty with the site, but it all worked out A-OK in the end! I was NOT happy with the box that they sent me to send my chromebook. It folded like a complex origami piece. I ended up buying a different box, along with materials, to send it. I also notified the company, but they were not empathetic as to the difficulties in folding their origami-style box. Other than that, it was a good experience.
A person named Andy helped me he was a great help explaining to me what I needed plus he was really patience. I have a stroke so thanks to his help my xlaim got process.It people like Andy that make it easy for us to understand. THANK YOU, Sincerely, JAVIER JR
