"Square trade was more than helpful in getting my phone exchanged with Motorola. After contacting Squaretrade I did a little digging to see if I could fix the phone cheaper. Squaretrade came through getting me another reconditioned phone for $99.00. Fixing my battery was not an option. I had another phone with in 3 days of sending my phone from Pa. to Tx. Thank you Squaretrade and Motorola."
