"On Christmas eve morning I went to turn on my TV and nothing:(, I was so mad we had a house full of people coming that night ,I called SquareTrade On Tuesday morning , they took my claim over phone made me try some stuff and told me he would send me some parts and Tech would be here on the 29th between 8-12 ,well on wednesday the Tech called and told me if parts come before to call ,right after I hung up they arrived and Tech was at my house 2 hours later, He got a picture but more was wrong and couldn't be fixed,He said th... read more
