"It took two tries to finally get our replacement TV but that was not the fault of Square Trade. Square Trade had advised us not to accept delivery if the box containing the TV was damaged. The first delivery that was the case. We just received the 2d delivery today and everything, box and TV was fine. We appreciated that Square Trade kept us informed every step of the process. I had to call them twice. They were helpful, knowledgeable and courteous."
