"At the beginning of my claim being filed, the phone wait time was lengthly in trying to talk with a technician to whom I had been transferred. However, afer this part was completed, the representatives were helpful & began the replacement process. After a couple of weeks, & a couple of calls, it was found that the replacement tv had mistakenly been on backorder. "When my iphone took a swim over the weekend, I was able to reach a representative Saturday evening at 11pm to get the process started. Even though I had a prior claim that hadn't been closed (they hadn't received my receipt from a broken screen repair), they did as much as they seemingly could to get that expedited, then a reimbursement processed so that I could get my new claim going asap. They created a claim, sent a box for my laptop, kept me informed every day with emails stating the status, and most of all were very quick to get my computer back to me, fully repaired. "I have received prompt, courteous service from Square Trade (ST) each time I called. The ST rep diagnosed my TV problem by phone and ordered parts--I then followed up with the service rep they recommended. While the parts did not fix the prob the 1st time, we went thru the process again, the rep ordered more parts and the 2nd time it was a success. It turned out great because my TV had dead pixels after the manufacturer warranty expired. Now because I bought the extended warranty squaretrade has reimbursed me for the purchase price of my original TV so I can purchase a new one. "
"Overall smooth process to have my TV evaluated. Representatives were very responsive over email and kept me up to date on the claim. In the end my TV had to be replaced but they did not have an equivalent size TV in stock. Without me asking, I was offered a check for the value of the policy. Overall great service. "
