After having to sit for more than two hours and 75% was in a back room I left that facility ands went to the AlphaCare urgent Care facility the staff there was very nice and friendly and the young lady who saw me was an absolute sweetheart. I’m from Michigan and needed to see someone for an injury to my hand and was able to have to examined and X-rayed right in the office. I highly recommend this clinic. And should I need any other medical attention I will always come here fire.
I would highly recommend Alpha Care in Ocean Springs to anyone. What started out as allergies due to pollen was turning into a sinus infection. I went in on a Saturday afternoon, the staff was very polite and caring. The waiting time was short and the fireplace in the waiting room was comforting on the cold rainy day I had to go in. Not a long wait, staff friendly, doctor was great, place clean
They have always gotten me in in a timely matter, and the staff are extremely friendly, and proficient! They cater to the Veterans for those of us who cannot necessarily make it to the V.A. Hospital. They also called to check on me a couple of days after being treated. I feel completely safe with their professionalism. I have, and will continue to refer all of my friends and family to Alphacare.
