Medical personnel was knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly that was going on with me.. they also called to check up on me to see how I was doing after my visit. I had a great experience recently at Alpha Care . They were very professional and personable .
The AlphaCare staff was very helpful to me during my recent healthcare visit and followed up with a call 2 days later to see how I was doing. When told that I had developed a cough, they called in some cough medicine. They really went the extra mile in their follow up and it was very much appreciated.

Booked my appt online, checked in on my phone and got called back pretty much on time! Jessie was so concerned and took time to explain what she saw and why she was concerned. Been a great experience every time we have gone there!
We were able to book our appointments online, and they were ready to take us when we arrived. (No long waits in a lobby of sick people!!) The Nurse Practitioner was knowledgeable and caring. Even sympathetic. The next day they called to check on us, and I requested an inhaler be ordered from the pharmacy. They are ordering it!! Awesome service, beyond my expectations.
