We were in the area for a lil vacation.Needed some medical care for my husbands eye. The quality of service and staff was excellent. We were seen in less than a half hr. would definitely us this clinic again when we are in the area if needed.
The wait was very short in the waiting room. The weekend staff was very friendly and professional from front desk to Nurse Practitioner. Shannon, NP and nurse were very empathetic to my sick daughter, and worked efficiently so she could get us out the door to the pharmacy before it closed at 6pm. We will 100% be back if needed.
Professional, prompt, thorough and paperwork is given to provide guidelines for after care. Thank you. Always upbeat and caring of a patients needs and questions. I highly recommend. I go to the Bienville location in Ocean Springs as it is close to where I live. Thank you again❤️❤️❤️.
