New Experience The office environment was open, clean and welcoming... Many Thanks to Ed who was professional YET friendly...you eased my stress in this new experience... you took time to answer all of my questions multiple times. First Impressions Friendly staff at greeting. Attended to quickly. Dr. and assistant were in to see me promptly. Answered my questions. Procedure was comfortable. Office and exam rooms clean.

I was nervous going in to learn what would actually need to take place with upcoming work to be done. Everyone was very pleasant and made my nerves settle down. I appreciated the way I was treated and had procedures very kindly explained even when I had to have something repeated.

Overview of Treatment Plan I was most impressed with the time and attention this practice puts into making sure their patients are well informed. At other practices I was handed a piece of paper, told to review it and if I had any questions to call back. Not at Altura. I was guided through every step, shown illustrations, and walked away with a full understanding of what's to come, why it's important, and how it will effect my future health. In my opinion, this is the gold standard of caring for the patient.
