December will be 4 years since I first booked with you guys. And I’ve not missed a 2/4 week appointment since. Quite literally there 1-2 times every single month without fail and it’s honestly the thing I look forward to the most every time. The detangling , the amount of shampoos, and my favourite part. It was such a vibey atmosphere on a hot summers day. Seeing the stylists collaborate with one another and jump in and help was really lovely to see. My hairstylist for my cornrows was super lovely and neat. Pain free also which was my main concern as I haven’t had my hair in cornrows. However, it was a bit slow. My appointment was 12something and I finished at 4:30, which included a blow dry. I was quite late to pick up my baby girl which I didn’t really appreciate. Everyone was very friendly and professional and they gave me great advice and I was so happy with how my hair was treated and styled.
I loved my visit, I was very well looked after and the atmosphere was very welcoming! Can’t wait to visit again for a treatment and blow dry I loved my results!
The way I was looked after was amazing! Loved the regular checks to see if I was ok and if I needed anything. Despite it being packed the facilities were kept very clean. I loved how Nai Nai was so gentle with me whilst being so friendly and making me feel at ease. It was my first visit and I loved it! I wanted a trim but I was advised not to add one on as it would ruin the hairstyle. The wash service was also really good and I liked how much care went into handling my hair. I really appreciated the guidance and love.
