It was my first time at this salon. I got a silk press and a cut. The lady who greeted me at the door to check for my name and appointment time was so lovely!! amazing customer service from her and other staff. There was also a male staff member who was always checking if I was okay and if I needed anything. There was also another lady with short grey hair who was so lovely and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Fantastic Salon!!!! I arrived early to my appointment and was seen immediately. From the time I stepped into the salon, the customer service was amazing. When I looked around at what other customers were having done, everybody’s hair looked amazing. The shop was busy, yet staff made sure every customer was seen and attended to and nobody had to stand around and wait. I cannot stress enough how amazing this salon is! Amazing experience from the moment I walked in. This has not been my experience with other salons. Good vibes and great energy all around. The lady at reception was very friendly and my stylist Dinelle did an amazing job I love love my hair.
The best Salon experience I've had! From the moment I entered the door, I was met with great hospitality and customer service.
