Dynamic salon. Full of energetic, knowledgeable, kind, patient beautiful staff. I took my 11 year old daughter there, for wash, treatment and cut. Perfect experience for her. Truly a place to reinforce the positiveness and beauty of black people and the pride they have in their hair. The owner Ama, has time for everyone and radiates her own beauty.
The best salon experience I have ever had! AMA’s Hair Salon is a true gem. I cannot wait to go back. My hair has never been treated so much tlc. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Ama’s. I left the salon smiling inside and out.

My appointment started right on time, and I got exactly the style I wanted. I was treated like a queen from beginning to end such a lovely experience
Ama was so warm, welcoming, and polite. All the stylists who worked on my natural hair treated it with such care. I got a much-needed detangle, wash, treatment, blow dry, and trim—and I honestly feel like a new woman. I’ll definitely be back for maintenance and treatments. Thank you all so much!x
I loved it! I got a silk press and trim. You treated my hair so carefully and well. My hair looks amazing. Tais (sorry if I’ve spelt it wrong) who straightened my hair was AMAZING!
