Everything from the first phone call to the pick of my car was handled with great customer service and in a professional manner. Kayla, my front line contact person was so nice, personable, and caring. She stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process. Mike the young man who actually picked up the was just a jewel. He too was caring, considerate, professional, and a huge help in getting the car started. If I ever need another car shipped, it will most definitely be American Auto Shipping

Company was very prompt with an estimate, which was great from day one. They came back to me with all information needed to have car shipped on a timely basis and stayed in touch with me every step of the way. The driver of the truck arrived on time and was very good at handling the loading of my car. The estimate of days was only off one day, which was within the parameters of their expected delivery and faster than I thought it would be. I had no idea of how the process works, I got a lot of calls and emails with different prices an companies saying they can Guarantee a pick up. American auto explained with more details an they seemed more honest an not rushing so decided to go with them. Everything went fine an got here on time.

We needed our broken down car shipped across states to be repaired. We had no idea how the process would go (we had never done something like this), and it turned out great!
