Aerin at American Auto Shipping was great to deal with! She was very helpful and knowledgable about the whole process. My only recommendation to them: please call more often to update when the car will be picked up. The car was picked up almost three weeks after (Jan 22) the date I had requested to get it shipped (Jan 4), and I was unsure during those three weeks of when it would get picked up.

Had an awesome experience with my representative Rachel. She with American Auto Shipping, found a great carrier who delivered my car safely, and the customer service for the entire experience was excellent, which was a huge contrast and relief from the previous carrier and broker that I had used. ! I wouldn’t hesitate to use AAA again.

I want to thank this company for remaining true to their word. My daughters car was picked up on time, and delivered on time. No issues to report on as far as driver, or administration. Very reputable, professional, and most important HONEST. I cant say anything else, and I would encourage anyone to look at the reviews before making a decision on which company to go with.
