I chose the expedited shipping option and I ended up receiving my 2017 Dodge Charger on the same day as the pickup( The car was in Texas and I’m in Mississippi). Rachel provided A1 Customer service and I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

I used American Auto Shipping to ship my vehicle to Arizona. The service was great and stress free. Rachel was very friendly and helpful in taking my order and executed quickly, which was impressive !! I highly recommend the American Auto Shipping.

Had American Auto shipping transport a truck I just purchased in Arizona to Connecticut. Extremely satisfied with their service. They contacted me promptly, told me the process and gave a fair price. They picked the vehicle up the next day and i had it in a week. John the driver called the day before delivery to give me a heads up when he was arriving..John was top shelf! I would highly recommend Mike Morabito

Aerin at American Auto Shipping was great to deal with! She was very helpful and knowledgable about the whole process. My only recommendation to them: please call more often to update when the car will be picked up. The car was picked up almost three weeks after (Jan 22) the date I had requested to get it shipped (Jan 4), and I was unsure during those three weeks of when it would get picked up.

Rachel did an excellent job finding a enclosed carrier to bring my classic car cross country. The driver Chris also did an excellent job and kept in touch with the delivery time. Rachel gave me great service a good price and I appreciate everything she did for me. Thank you

Good experience. Quote was competitive, response was prompt to initial request. Once I confirmed, things moved quite promptly, with good communication into the proposed timeline. Had some difficulties with scheduling with the actual shipping contractor, but that did not affect review of American. I do not like the payment model - essentially 15% down via credit card, remainder due to shipper at pick up in cash, money order, or certified payment only. The transport was just fine, exactly what I was expecting but they could not guarantee the transport would happen within 5 days. I was closing a job out, I ordered the transport on Monday and had to have the vehicle picked up that week. I was forced to pay an extra 100 to guarantee that the vehicle was picked up in a timely manner. With this sort of industry, I would imaging scheduling would be a lot easier but apparently not.
