Overall I had a great experience. My only concern was that it was not made clear to me that because of how rural the state is that I lived in, that it would take longer to find someone to transport my vehicle. This caused some anxiety on my part. The delivery date was also changed which caused some difficulty for me as I was working the day the vehicle was delivered, but was off the day it was supposed to be delivered. The driver who delivered my vehicle was very nice on the phone and was easy to reach.

American Auto Shipping did a great job delivery my car to LA. The first phone call was very professional and the quote was great compared to the two other companies I was pleasure speaking with the people in dispatch to get status updates on the delivery. I will always call American Auto Shipping if I need another car delivered cross country. It only took 8 days after I was told 7-10 days. Used AAS to ship my 64 scout from the Arizona mountains to boston, they were about half the cost of other quotes I received, I was flexible with my dates so it took a bit of time but was well worth the savings. Rachel kept me in the loop constantly with updates and was very helpful

Lots of research on Google in an attempt 4 months out to move our car from NY to LasVegas. Countless reviews lead me to American Auto. The pricing was the most reasonable and my coordinator Rachel was a pleasure to deal with. No hard sells, no pressure, provided constant information and status throughout the process. The actual carrier was on time, kept in touch during the transit. Job well done.

I shopped around many brokers American Auto Shipping came in hundreds less than the nearest quote. Other brokers attempted to tell me that there was no way they would actually honor that price. Skeptical I called American Auto Shipping back asking if there was any hidden fees. Kayla assured me that the price was locked in. I was still still unsure but I went ahead and put in the order. I had a car transported from Nevada to Alabama they did it for less than most and car was delivered on time with no problems would use them again and again. Ask for Rachel she handled mine very good at what she does.

Company did a good job shipping my vehicle, driver kept in contact an was reliable. It seemed a little complicated, but once explained i finally understood the process. Thanks for the help
