Great, responsive service. The car arrived within the agreed-upon timeframe, and there was always someone available to give me a status update if I had any questions.

Worked with Rachel and the semi truck driver, both treated me and my daughter great but believe me the word great still sells them them short. If you are in the market for have your vehicle shipped no reason to call those companies in Florida (G.I.D.) that will leave your daughter worried and will not answer their phone when problems arise just call Rachel and she will treat you as if it was herself needing help. Once again great company to work with and if needed will he hired for the next shipment.
American did a fantastic job. Well organized, great communication, driver was friendly and prompt. It was well worth it! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
The cost was very reasonable. Had some issues with the pick up and delivery. The first truck did not have enough room on their trailer. The second truck broke down so it took a few days longer. This was not the fault of the company but wish they kept me better informed of the situation. I think they relied too much on the drivers to do this but it should really be the responsibility of the company since I hired them.

You put down only a few hundred dollars as a partial payment up front and the rest is due when your car is delivered to you at the desired destination. This company did an amazing job from the moment I called to set this move up till the car was delivered to us. I would highly recommend this transport company to anyone who needs to transport a vehicle. Their price is very reasonable.
Unclear car wash procedures. There was some confusion regarding when the car would be picked up, and the driver's ability to get to the car. Aerin was able to help clear up the situation.
