This company, like many moving companies are scammers. I was quoted $2,500 to move, but their sales rep lowered it to $1,900. I thought he was reducing the price per cubic foot, knowing full well I just had a mostly full 10'x10' storage unit. Instead, he was lowering the cubic feet the movers were to pick up. I ended up taking boxes out and adding a couch. My volume didn't change, but the sales rep wanted to charge me $800 for the couch! THEY HAVE HAD OUR STUFF FOR OVER TWO MONTHS NOW AND CURRENTLY HAVE NO UPDATE ON WHERE ANY OF IT IS. RYDER RELOCATIONS CALL ME WITH AN UPDATE!

This company is like the villain in the candy Cain lane movie. Lie to make the sale, then use the fine print as an excuse to keep your stuff for months on end… they truly suck.

Ryder Relocations is an absolute nightmare of a company to deal with. They picked up our belongings in October and as of now(December 19th), they still haven't delivered anything. This is not just a delay; they have broken their bill of lading contract and completely disregarded the 30 business day contract they promised in writing and during the sales call(although 30 days was the worst case scenario. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. The positive 5 star reviews are FAKE. My husband and I hired Ryder Relocations to move our stuff because the price seemed reasonable at $2800 and they promised a 14 day delivery window over the phone with the sales team. First of all, they were a day late to pickup our stuff and delayed the pickup until the very end of the last day of the pick up window (we had a plane to catch and were almost late, due to them being so late).
