During first conversation with Richard T were fine, good sales pitch. Later spoke with Anthony M, he was the one really working the sale offers. Good conversation and impression that everything is a good buy for the warranty. I agreed to the offer and bought the warranty for my 2013 Avalanche. this was July 27, 2023, 1700.
