Scam scam scam. They breached their contract by not covering the repairs like they stated they would after damage was done and it was not pre-existing but that's what they claim it's pre-existing which is impossible because I sent them a picture of my odometer showing that there is absolutely no check engine light on or traction light prior to these repairs that need work on so they lied they breached their contract and they don't even have the decency to call or email somebody back specifying that the appeal that was just p... read more
I got a message that my account will be terminated as of 2/3/26. So I didn’t think much of it. I get an unauthorized charge today! Took forever to try to cancel the policy! I didn’t even want to renew. Very rude with everyone I talked too. They refused to refund my money! So they stole $145 for something i didn’t want at all, and I will not be receiving for the month! Stay away!!!
I feel like the company is a scam. I purchased a policy and the rep (Roger) assured me of I have any issues I could L him and he would personally handle my issues and see to it that it got to the right place. Less than a week later I call and the number he gave me was disconnected. I had a claim (control arms) denied because they were old and had wear and tear! Isn't that what the warranty for?! Do not get a policy with this company and beware of any clause in any contract that states “If there is a reasonable mechanical probability that the condition causing the failure existed prior to or at the time of purchase of your program—whether known or unknown at the time of purchase “ They use this to deny any claim if you haven’t been paying them for years at least. DO NOT Buy! I can’t yell this loud. Every time we need coverage for a major repair they come up with some excuse not to cover. I spent way too much money for them not to cover my repairs. Scam company for sure.

Really horrible customer service, too many loops to get “help” the sales person said anything to get my sale. Lucky had an incident that showed me I have to cancel. They need to train ppl better each one said had different “process times”, even when I canceled I was lied how long to refund me.
