The only issue I have is some home warranty companies pay for the freon fill if you lose it on your HVAC system and you only cover a small percentage of the fill if needed.
Great customer service! Once I reported my service need, the representative quickly collected information and engaged the service provider. I ended up with a repair within 3 1/2 hours from placing my call!
