A year ago I had a problem with someone finding me the person I needed. I had to call in 3 times and the third person told me to get someone myself. However this year it was right away getting help for my problem.
Slow contractor finding for our repairs. I did most of the calling and staying on the line for more than I wanted. 10-30 minutes each call.
They are accommodating to my needs. They go above and beyond to get the job done.

My lights were out in my home a electrician was sent out but he was unable to repair it. American Shield sent out another and he took care of it.
